Obviously they're admonished just the same. The morality of someone's actions doesnt change based on genitals. That's equality.
What you're thinking is something women think very frequently.  When men say something, they're generally already applying the standard EQUALLY, so when women come and go "heh, what about the men? checkmate" it comes off as dumb because the man is already applying the same thing to men.
Women also often conflate two different types of men. For example, they'll point at men who like sluts, and men who like modest women, and complain that "women can never do anything right, in men's eyes".
