i think ashley does have some sort of abandonment issue with her mom because she left their family which could explain her anxiety and fear of a relationship but i don't think she has daddy issues that most girls seem to have. i think any issue with her dad might be because he used to drink although we're not entirely aware of the circumstances surrounding the reason why or if anything happened because of his drinking. something must happened though for ashley to recall it. i don't believe ashley's dad ever mistreated her. ashley probably likes the feel of tight fitting clothing like leather or latex on her skin because it feels like the hugs she didn't receive often. she way take unusually long hot showers as well. she's probably not bi but secretly wants to dom other girls sexually that she feels are more attractive than her in the traditional sense. she wants a powerful man that is able to keep the relationship by taking charge because she fears she will make the same mistake her mother did and can't be with someone like her father who would just give up on their family
