As you get older your body will break down and you'll have more and more pain and more and more health problems. Look into Keto dieting and maybe try limiting the drinking to every other day (or every other night). That's what I have to do because I'm old and if I ate crap food and drank hard liquor the way I used to I'd be long dead by now. Take care of your body ASAP because what you experience now is just a fraction of what you'll experience later if you don't take care of yourself. Btw, getting some sunlight and exercise helps a lot. Eat lots of protein likes eggs. Boost your Vitamin C & D3 intake, it does wonders keeping you fit and healthy.
