the dual ricecooker & steamer is legit pretty fuckin nice, it was only like $40 too
i'm finally able to use the rice i've had in my pantry for the last 7 years, tastes fine to me
i gotta basic as fuck recipe that i know you guys might like
- 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, a handful of baby carrots, a handful of horizontally chopped celery 
- for sauce, use 50/50 mix of sesame oil & soy sauce; sauce to taste 
its usually done in 15 minutes; and will give you some extra rice, which is good for a nice canned soup 
i'm gonna try experimenting with sauces, i'm gonna use asian fish next, instead of soy; i did one with some honey added, and it was basically just teriyaki sauce
