Be careful! Schezwan is not spicy at all, rather it's very much like citrus acid and will numb your mouth much like taste testing cocaine would. It's very unique, sour yet bitter flavor and using too much of it will absolutely ruin good food. You will have to lightly sprinkle the dish with it, no more than just a very light sprinkle will do. Trust me I've learned this the hard way with schezwan and you won't enjoy finding out the hard way.
