According to the book "The hunt for zero point" by Nick Cook, Podkletnov got the notes from his father who got them from the soviets who swiped the data from Schauberger's work around the time of WW2

I don't think Schauberger's devices used conventional magnets much but rather some effect that Schauberger called "diamagnetic" from implosion vortex physics.
