He threatened with jail and "shots for pigs" if not vaccinated, or they should just leave the country. Earlier said he will shot those who violate lockdown restrictions.
Right now inoculation is voluntary, but they could make it mandatory. Also Duterte expressed that he can order village chiefs to make a list of the unvaccinated.
Btw it seems the Philippines stands very well. They had 1,3 million (reported) cases, and about 24000 died. It's way better than Hungary's statistics, especially considering their population is ~110 million peeps.
