Picked up KMFDM again. Angst album and Glory single. The Glory is just remixes of couple of songs from the album, but from those which I liked on Angst, I prefer a remix over them. The album is more on the metal side, compared to previous (especially with the single's remixes). Quite hard, even thrash metal hardness. Couple of places the tone of a guitar reminded be of Slayer's Reign in Blood album. The song The Problem I liek because of the female vocals. Btw all KMFDM songs seems to be a bit off, especially the lyrics are frequently written in a way that they sound awkward, amateurish, even cringe. Something like a kid would write. Is this because they are German?
