A 266 m long, 20-30 thousand ton chunk of hazardous waste-laden metal is floating somewhere in the Atlantic. Nobody wants the former aircraft carrier São Paulo anymore and it's too toxic to touch the coast, so the Navy will more or less abandon it to its fate until it sinks.
