Cathars?
Many heretic movements has gnostic core. Them with Manicheans (both the east and the pseudo-manicheans of the Balkans) are largely misunderstood now, since all what we know were interpreted for us beforehand by literal enemies of them, agnostic Christian branches (like Catholicism and Protestantism).
Also the church of Mani was an important one, tho in Central Asia (being the state religion of the Uighur Khaganate, they organized bishoprics and sent missionaries all around). There's a nice book in Hungarian I wanna read sometimes, supposedly it views with criticism of the common Christian opinion of them.
