Wish I had the answers, but I'm far from the Philippines right now and not really privy to what's going on with the servers and the bids for hosts.  
I don't think it will be too much longer.
I do believe there's more to the court hearing that still needs to pass. 
Last I heard, they were trying to make it public for all to see and watch.
