IMO, this doesn't have to be a problem. But it often seems to lead  to bitter differences of opinion. I  wish that were not so.

On 8chan, i bake every day. It's challenging. Baker ID's not only allow better coordination and also greater transparency, but make it possible to ensure coverage when Q posts. (And coverage is a BIG problem right now.) ID's also provide the kind of transparency that helps anons trust bakers--and trust is hard to come by these days.

From what you say, you might not like me much on 8chan, bc i never bake blind, anyone can check the pastebin for the id. Here at endchan, i am anon when i bake. Until now, nobody's asked me about that. I don't care, can go either way. But whether anon or not, i'm the same person.

i hope that if you meet up with one of us namefag bakers on 8chan some day, you will look past the name and notice the work, whether it seems good.
