This place is definitely more relaxed than 8 was (which is both a positive and a negative); I value what this place has become...but you are correct-we are not fulfilling our mission to the best of our individual abilities, at a critical time. We are lacking leadership, direction and focus.
Thank you for stepping up and calling us out; we have a job to do & our very future depends on it.
