This is a good and necessary discussion to be having - thank you. I have been wondering the same myself. Every operation has different phases, even Q-created boards were created & wiped when that phase was done. What you say makes a lot of sense - not that Q is done, and not that we have successfully decoded all of Q's content but that perhaps QR is done as a phase. We were given stuff to research (in Qs posts), not only to research directly, but interaction to teach us to decode, to interpret the 'news' and current events we see as well as POTUS' comms >>/7608/.

The fact is, we got winnowed down to a very small number, very quickly. Without the main architecture (8ch) many stayed 'scattered' with no idea where to converge, no idea what to do without direction.
WE ARE THOSE FEW WHO REMAIN- those who persisted to find each other and reconverge.

> 8/QR was boot camp, we are now live anons.
So, here we are now. How shall we proceed? That is the question.
We know what our tasking is, what do we need to do to accomplish that?
What does POTUS need from us RIGHT NOW?
What are we lacking in order to kick ass at that?
Not to be the harping asshole, but we can shitpost on 4chan anytime, what are we doing to help Q+? What do we need to do?

We are adults, expected to be able to have the intelligence and wherewithal to assess the situation as it stands, see what needs to be done, and be team players enough to jump in and do what needs doing. That's the basic basic.
I'm reminded of the BSG quote when the Cylon attack became known:
"What does matter, that as of this moment we are at war. You've trained for this. You're ready for this. Stand to your duties."
Yeah, I'm a nerd.
THAT is what Q was doing, in a sense - training us. We're trained. Now it's go time. Take the ball and run. On our own.

Do we need bakers? >>/7649/
Then step up. It's not like on cuckchan where threads flew by in a few minutes. There's no bot storm here. These threads last for days.
Meme ideas? Constructive criticism of memes?
-I am a firm believer in the premise that once you put an idea out here, it's fair game for deconstruction/criticism; if it is defensible, it will withstand all criticism if not...either re-work it or abandon it; same goes for memes/analysis - healthy criticism can only improve it and it's all about the end product: it is the best it can be? If so, fire away. Tear my shit apart and I'll thank you, because it will only make it better. The end product is what counts. The ONLY thing that counts.
People posting "news"? Analysis?
People monitoring the socials for trends?
All of those things are interdependent, no one person can do them all.
Work TOGETHER.

WWG1WGA was not just a cheap slogan. That movie reference was meant as an object lesson to us: put aside our personal life shit, position and differences and step up to do whatever needs to be done when the time comes... or we will all drown together.

I don't want to drown. I want to kick ass and win with such a margin that history will never forget it.
