This is a great explanation of the nomenclature and the 'flow' of baking. 

It's not something easily found in concise form.

I have seen this happening on 8ch back when I was a lurker, but had not put all the puzzle pieces together sequentially, nor did I understand completely the nature of a ghost bake.
