A highway bridge collapsed in Nanfangao, Taiwan, presumably due to the typhoon that passed by a few hours earlier. "The government-run Central News Agency (CNA) said a bridge pier may have collapsed." UPI said two people were killed and 20 were injured.

Am wondering if China pulled a false flag to deflect attention away from Hong Kong protests and the big national Chinese independence day celebration.
