Feinstein is stone faced, right hand clenched, left arm blocking, face to face with a senator who she's backed into a corner. The cornered senator submissive, leans forward with hand out attempting to hold her ground and plead her case.

Not many would allow anyone to take the physical positioning Feinstein took unless they feared them.
