QUESTIONS PRESENTED
1. A) Was the 2020 election cycle seized by enemy forces, domestic and/or foreign, to be used as a weapon to levy war against Florida, and/or Fla. Const., Art. 1, Sec. 20 . Treason.—Treason against the state shall consist only in levying war against it, adhering to its enemies, or
giving them aid and comfort, and no person shall be convicted of treason except on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act
or on confession in open court. Fla. Stat. 876.32 Treason.—Treason against the state shall consist only in levying war against the same, or in adhering to the enemies thereof, or giving them aid and comfort.
B) attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the United States by way of rigging the 2020 election cycle and implementing a process by which to rig every subsequent election? “Treason is offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow government of state to which offender owes allegiance, or of betraying state into hands of foreign power. - U.S. v. Helmich, 521 F. Supp. 1246, affirmed 704 F.2d 547, certiroari denied 104 S.Ct. 353, 464 U.S. 939, 78 L.Ed.2d 317.
C) Did defendants owe allegiance to Florida and/or the United States? “The constitution makes the official oath indispensable, and an officer cannot be considered as qualified until it has been taken.” Tappy v. State ex rel. Byington, 82 So. 2d 161 (Fla. 19553 Florida Constitution, Art II, Sec. 5(b) Each state and county officer, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall give bond as required by law, and shall swear or affirm: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, protect, and defend the Constitution and Government of the United States and of the State
of Florida; that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the state; and that I will well and faithfully perform the duties of (title of office) on which I am now about to enter. So help me God.”, and thereafter shall devote personal attention to the duties of the office, and continue in office until a successor qualifies.
