- seek & find the truth
- the importance of sharing information 
- to stand up for what we believe in
- remember what really matters
- to think for & to trust ourselves
- remember that love & unity are the foundation
- to have faith in humanity
- find our collective strength
- and lastly, realize we're not gonna take it!
