black metal is pretty understated sometimes. it's rarely this melodic though. Aside from the guitar riffs I really like how they end some of the songs with new melodies and clean vocals. Feels like that's one of those things only the talented bands can do, keep it interesting until the last second rather than rely on a fade out effect or throw in some uninspired random riff at the tail end
