What the hell?!

Is this a woman with "slim hips"? It looks the opposite to me. 

Also, how is it possible to censor every mention of body parts and tell me to not specify ages, then give me a literal squatting toddler with no pants who looks like she's peeing when I typed woman in the prompt and didn't mention anything about poses at all??
