Well. I never thought I'd ever own a quarter million dollar house. Cause that's what rich people owned. Here I am owning a quarter million dollar home. So, all manners of things can happen not expecting. The homes in California aren't bad really. My mum has two of them that she visits from time to time. imho, you could do pretty well in Austin if you can wave your tail feathers in the right direction. Anyways, night raj.
