bought a litre bottle of high quality kefir today, just got done drinking it, got the original flavour (unflavoured) 
it tasted pretty bad but it wasnt unbearable, like drinkable cheese (i know its not too different from cheese) it was quite expensive though, bought it to drink all at once to dump by body full of whatever cultures it has in it, wondering though how they will survive the acid in my stomach, im not expecting to feel any different but also im not fully doubting the supposed benefits of it.
