Sounds like any other chan, really.  4chan too was hostile to role-play, or avatar posting like this.  So far I've only explored two boards on komica, 掛圖 and 綜合.  On the former I've almost made a game out of seeing how many times I can post at 凱留 till he points out I'm an American, and stops replying.
