Trump was pointing at the lady in RED, (most likely someone he knows) whom he saw after raised his fist to the other guy, then pointed at THE LADY IN RED! 

She raises the first to him after he raises his fist, then points at him after he points at her. 

TRUMP WAS NOT POINTING AT T-SHIRT ANON, HE WAS COMMUNICATING WITH AND POINTING AT THE LADY IN RED!! 

She in turn, raised her fist at him in response, then poinst at him too!
