While I'm here, women constantly play this mind game when out in public, where if a man looks at her, she "wins". Especially if she doesn't look back at him. I guess the idea is that she thinks she's soooooo hot that a man just HAD to look at her.
It's similar to women's social status thing of having a lot of followers or Instagram or some shit, without following very many other accounts.
The answer to this is to lock in when you spot a woman, and don't even look at her.

Please understand. Women are walking around every day thinking "YES, that guy looked at me, I win" and boosting their own ego over and over and over again.
