So what WOULD happen is that anything else becomes additional charges. So anything like CP found on his HDD or SDD would become posession of CP charges. It often takes months for the forensics to go through people's hardware, so that might be why there's no additional charges. So far Sosa just has the sex crime charges relating to his sister though.
