Ahhh yes, a self help book. That's those things that those wannabe internet sociopaths always sound like when they talk.

I can't imagine that a bunch of words on a bunch of pieces of paper can truly make that much of a differnce, like if an addict wants to shoot up they're gonna do it but if they want to get sober they're going to do it. I would know, I quit smoking and fucking around with hard drugs and it wasn't because I read some book that told me to turn Christ brah or something like that. It was pure willpower and the desire to be better that was within me all along.
