she literally found it through some YT-video about Bianca, she then found about Kennedi and started skinwalking her, she started befriending people who were close/associated to kennedi and then eventually kennedi befriended her via tumblr. 
Galilea also is pseduo af, more-so than kennedi, in fact. Galilea pretends to read books she hasn't read, it's more an "aesthetic" for her. She is literally the most basic bitch ever, no personality whatsoever, she copies and rehashes what she sees to seem mysterious.

If anything Galilea is worse than any Kennedi orbiter out there since she not only skinwalked as Ken but also gain her trust only for her to tell several people her business as some sort of "flex"
