I think a big part of the problem is she has shown absolutely no willingness to take responsibility for her own actions. Like people will point out her mistakes to her and she just kind of shrugs it off with "well that's just how I am so it can't be helped!" kind of responses every time.  There's not really much point trying to help her until she's done some maturing on her end.
