It sucks on certain games. the original 3ds didnt have face tracking and the 3d effect would often break and give people headaches leading many games to play it really safe with 3d effects. this issue is no longer present on later models and kid icarus in stereo 3D with the stylus touch screen aiming is easily one of the best gaming experiences in 2025. other titles that use it really well are liberation maiden, shovel knight, and theres a homebrew version of mario 64 with deep stereo 3D and its incredible you can actually gauge distances in your jumps.

ALSO THE BUTTONS IN THE 3DS ARE COOL AND CLICKY AND IT HAS A STEP COUNTER THAT REWARDS YOUR WALKS WITH IN GAME SHIT AND FUCK YOU YOU JUST DONT GET IT
