She can't change what's on the internet but she can change what information people know to look her up with. All she has to do is legally change her name and any potential employers would look up that name and find nothing. She needs to make sure people on here don't find out her new name but outside of that she'll be fine.

Not even talking about you specifically but people in this thread are overly dramatic about kays life being ruined imo, she'll be okay.
