I think Neutral gets too much flak. Sure he was playing hardcore keep away but he was still very open about his involvement with her. He kept her away from virtually everyone and most of it seemed in her better interest long-term before he dropped the ball. The problem with the people she's with now is that they seem intent on isolating her into a dying group filled with people who are only using her for relevancy or for her perceived easiness.

In return she will probably just keep getting leaked, and cling to people who in the end will not care about her at all. This will further her depression and lead to more risky and impulsive behavior and who knows what happens after that.
