Guys I just ahd the thought. 

1. Bodycams. You can request bodycam footage for cases now. 
2. There's several youtube channels like EWU and others that specialize in this. You can tell them about the Sosa case and they can get to work requesting the footage and making a video. I think they tend to try to wait until the case is stetled and the suspect is sentenced though.
