I don't know the guy personally, but i know for sure that he constantly sends out game keys, bought Nightreign for like 7 people so far, and paid for a gaming laptop for a chick in the server. 

I think he just gets off on the feeling of being able to spend money.

I knew he was trying to help Ki and earlier he dropped that someone just refused to get help and that it's frustrating to watch. Some questions followed and whatever. I can't prove it's 100% Ki but I'm just going off context.
