I actually had a patient once that was demented and in a nursing home and the staff believe that she was shoveling her shit into her vagina because every gynecological exam she went to they found feces in her cunt. 
She was really bad off and her dementia was taking a pretty extreme toll on her and she would do stuff without remembering it and do stuff without any logic behind it. 

After pretty thorough exam the next time she went to her gynecologist, they discovered that she had a fistula that had developed through her perineum. So as the shit hit her rectum and enough pressure would form from feces backing up in preparation to be expelled, it would squirt through the fistula and fill her vagina with shit. Then to make matters even worse, she had c diff.
