Her fake voice, fake personality, fashion taste, and interests are all reminiscent of a stereotypical loli anime girl or awkward teen sitcom character, and it's just performance. Must be mentally exhausting to keep this act up. It will drive her insane over time, cracks already forming.
I think the Helicopter / doting Parents claim is a lie because she clearly didn't get enough love from them as a young child. Otherwise she would not act this way.
