They did talk for a period. Sosa likes proving it by showing a doodle by Ken of him from that time. But his formula was the same for almost every girl back then so I can imagine what went down. He approached her, asked her questions, he guilted her talking to him more, then held what she said over her head to make sure she didn't stop talking to him. Or he threatened her some other way. Whatever happened it's stupid to try arguing that Ken doesn't hate him.
