Cardio yeah, definitely. Barely any lower body strength training though. I maintain between 12 and 15% depending on the season so I my standard is gym-goers . I see girls with way better asses and hips daily in the gym. It aint that hard. Her body fat% should be a bit lower, while gaining some muscle around the hips and lower glute area, she should either gain a lot more around the glutes, or loose some and gain some.
