She was a drug addict with BPD/etc and these people are prone to black & white "I'm not gonna make it in situation X or Y" thinking so yeah that's defo possible. Just a week ago there was the news of an English drug addict that jumped out of a building and killed herself because she feared her drug dealer who threatened her loudly.
