To a degree never seen before in areas of the face exclusively associated with hormonal acne. It’s not normal to have acne in your mid or late 20s, but for people with hormone problems, that’s when acne finally comes into full swing.

She looks awful, not because she’s ugly but because she doesn’t take care of herself at all. She’s still coasting on the belief that she has the endocrine system, collagen, and metabolism of a teenager, and it’s catching up to her extremely hard without forgiveness. She’s gotta start a skincare routine and fix her diet. The face doesn’t lie. She looks bloated, sugarfull, and obviously has excessive oestrogen which is making her produce more androgens in turn. Hence the face being pudgy and sallowed at the same time, the sudden awful skin, the weight fluctuations, and probably her mood swings too. She needs to see an endocrinologist and fix her diet ASAP.
