healthy isn’t a set number, it’s a spectrum, and since you seem autistic i’m sure you’re familiar with the concept 
there’s a lot of territory between underweight and overweight and what ultimately tips it in one way or the other is the addition of mental health and which bodily state you feel better in
a girl who is 5’4 can easily be healthy from 100lbs to 145lb depending on a multitude of factors 
i’m sure that range could be pushed further one way or the other if you’re accounting bone mass, muscle mass, skeletal build and whatever else
and i’m really tired of this idea that there’s a constant and ongoing persecution of people closer to being overweight
anywhere outside of this site you’re going to see 145lbs+ being the ideal size when you take into account everyone’s obsession for having a fat ass flat stomach combo  instabaddie bimbobody that’s maintained through liposuction and hot cheetos and if that’s your thing that’s your choice to make 
body dysmorphia isn’t a flu you catch overnight because you saw a picture of what your potential could be. 
there’s a reason that weight loss communities and bodybuilding communities are wildly popular and participants often have role models or idealized versions of themselves, there’s psychology to it and at the end of the day you can either wake up in a body you feel good about or you can die angry after wasting your life failing to change the rest of the world to revolve around your ideas
