Those aren't "smile lines." She's literally smiling. Smile lines are wrinkles that form in the same spot that are visible even when expressionless. You might be thinking of nasolabial folds, which are not wrinkles but instead fat deposits on the face that have nothing to do with age and everything to do with bad genetics. Bianca did not have nasolabial folds, but Ika does, severely. Which is why people call her face droopy and saggy.
