They met in the losers' club (server that vore nuked btw). I don't think ika even knew who vore was. She was just the most active female there and was advertising her own server so ika started talking to her and eventually joined her server. I doubt vore ever wanted to be friends with ika. Ika is just friendly like that and vore probably felt bad so she didn't ban her from her server like she does with other females
