> Start with little things. Get proper schedule, start eating better, exercise bit by bit. Do not be afraid to get out of your comfrot zone. Think of your social skills as muscle. If you don't use them for long time they get worse. Also about genetics you DO inherit a big deal of of your personality and intelligence from your parents but it is not the decisive factor. So don't start blaming things out of your control and focus on things you can control. Start with small goals and don't try to do 180 in 1 day.These things take time and effort. Good luck anon.
