Maybe you could do brown hair with blonde stripes like that russian porn star (don't know why she looks like you). If you want to keep black hair use twintails do them like ame-chan  >>/94000/ (like the one you did here) because it suits you well. 
But I think the best hair inspo for you would be using your hair like Rina Palenkova did because you look like her so like kinda light brown and medium etc. And when you have any of those hairstyles you can do spacebuns because they match your aesthic and face. Hope you like my ideas
