I have a hard time believing this. What makes you think this is true that people can't change their interests? Having someone talk to him is probably not going to change anything, he already knows what he's doing is wrong. You can easily get someone’s IP address, not much can be done with it except you can view what people have downloaded on public trackers. I would give the benefit of the doubt to most people since a lot of weird stuff (movies, games, tv shows) that I’ve never heard of shows up under my IP on that site. On mine, it has things I’ve actually downloaded, but it also has a few things I haven’t downloaded. Except 0 CP.
