The people that work in the job network centres do not design the system.
They do not even understand the system other than what they are required to make you do to tick off the boxes necessary to keep you in the bux.
Speeches on the wrongs of the system and your unhappiness with it will be completely wasted on them, and quite bad manners really. It is above their pay grade and above their understanding.
It is easiest just to do what they ask.
