Will be 7 days off the durries in a few hours. Been quite trying at times. I've made my mind up completely that I have no reason to smoke anymore and they do nothing for me so impulses and cravings to buy cigs haven't been too bad. I'm finding it quite difficult to deal with the restless anxious feeling that somethings missing, endless cups of tea/coffee and diet soft drink help a bit but aren't a real substitute. Been getting these strange woe attacks, like that feeling right before you cry but it doesn't happen. Ill just try relax the best I can and let time pass while hoping it goes away and I can feel normal again.
