Filling:
1kg sausage mince
1 cup rolled oats
1 onion, diced
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Egg wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp cold water

Pipe the filling onto sheets of puff pastry
Roll up, Cut to size, etc
Brush with egg wash

220C oven 10 minutes
reduce to 190C for a further 10-15 minutes
